There are lots of beautiful walks in the North, and below are some great resources to help you get out and walking.

Virtual Walking Trails
Click here to try a virtual walk in some of the most beautiful parts of South Australia. You can choose to do one of these walks on your own or with a team.

Click here for some site which can support your walking, helping you set goals and stay motivated.

Walking Diary
Click here for your walking diary. The walking diary is a great way to help you set goals and track your progress. You can type in your distances online. Once you enter how far you have walked each day in the diary, the computer will calculate whether you have met the guidelines of 30 minutes activity a day. Try it and see whether you found 30 minutes to be active each day this week!

Steps, distance calculator
This calculator will tell you how many steps you have walked for a given distance. It can also calculate the distance you have walked for a given number of steps.
