WellingTONNE Challenge comparisons

Photos of a range of foods are provided below.
The white cubes represent 2 grams of sugar and the yellow cubes represent 2 grams of fat. They identify the amount of sugar and fat found in each of the serving sizes pictured.
For example:
If you look at the picture of the Tim Tam biscuits, you will see that there are 8 cubes of sugar, and 5 cubes of fat representing approximately 16 grams of sugar and 10 grams of fat in 2 Tim Tam biscuits.
If you look at the picture of the can of Coke, there are 20 cubes of sugar representing approximately 40 grams of sugar in a 375ml can of Coke.
There are also some photos of healthy meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner which are low in sugar and fat. These do not have any cubes of sugar or fat underneath them. These are healthy options for meals to eat everyday.
